Warranty Policy
How warranty works for phones, tablets, audio and accessories.
Company warranty
Products marked with a brand warranty (for example "1 Year Samsung Warranty") are covered by the official local distributor. Keep your invoice — it is required for every claim.
Shop warranty
Products marked "Shop Warranty" are covered directly by Lucky Mobile World for the stated period against manufacturing defects.
7-day replacement
If a product has a factory defect within 7 days of purchase, bring it with the original box, accessories and invoice. After inspection we will replace it with the same model.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, cracked screens, liquid or water damage.
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, rooting or software modifications.
- Normal wear and tear of cables, cases, ear tips and batteries.
- Screen protectors and other consumable items.
How to claim
Visit our store or contact us with your order number. We'll guide you through the claim and keep you updated until it is resolved.
