Orders inside Jaffna are usually delivered the same day or next day. Islandwide delivery normally takes 1-4 working days depending on your district.
Delivery is free for orders above the free-delivery amount shown at the top of the website. Below that, a small district-based fee applies at checkout.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer and WhatsApp orders online. In our store we accept cash, cards, bank transfer and Lucky Mobile World gift cards / vouchers.

Factory defects reported within 7 days are replaced after inspection. After that, warranty claims are handled through us with the brand service centre.
